Words

When students get their year book, they like to ask their teachers and  friends to write some words or just leave their autograph on it.    Since last Friday, I've written for 11.  Usually I'll picture the person in mind before putting words down.

For example, for a girl who compared life to a river in an interview at Chengchi University and excels in Chinese creative writing, I wrote:

"Life is like a river.  Some rivers go parallel.  Some meet.  I am glad that we meet.  You'll amaze people on the (river) banks with beads of words. Good luck!"

For another girl who loves lemon cookies, I wrote

"Lemon is sour; however, we've got a lot of ways to make it taste sweet."
