Thank you, Raymond and Anna!

This afternoon, I got a bouquet from my son and daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. Though it was a day late, I still felt like on top of the world! In fact, I was notified by a flower shop the day before yesterday while eating lunch with my mother, sister, and brother's family about the flowers. That means I have been happy about and thankful for the coming surprise for more than two days!

This afternoon, George and I took my mother-in-law to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and Liberty Square. Nice weather, quite a few tourists.

Last year when I took a four-day trip in the States with my sister, on the tour bus, two ladies from mainland China who sat next to us told us the Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan did not quite attract them. Then I asked them to name their favorite scenic spot(s) in Taiwan. Not to my surprise, they answered, "Yehliu and Taroko Gorge."

Today George and I took my mom, my brother, and my niece to Yehliu.

Today at lunch, my brother-in-law mentioned that his daughter, my niece, hadn't seen my son's wedding video. She didn't attend his wedding on May 30 this year because she was studying in Denver then. This reminded me that I hadn't shown the video to the family on either my husband's or my side. So in the evening I sent the link to the family LINE groups.
