英聽 「三年內不會成考科」

大學學測和指考何時開始加考英文聽力測驗？大考中心主任牟宗燦今天明確表示，三年內英聽都不會成為「考科」，即100年、101年和102年，「原則上不可能加考英聽」。

大考中心今天舉辦「99課綱學測及指考各科測驗範圍暨A、B 版之相關考科命題方向公告說明」，針對考生及家長關心的加考英聽問題，大考中心副主任呂武志補充說，考科及測驗內容的改變，要在三年前公布，因此在102年以前，大考不可能加考英聽。也就是目前就讀高一、高二、高三的學生，參加學測和指考時，都不會加考英聽。

My comments: I believe many high schools have already included listening tests in their mid-terms or weekly exams. The 1st- and 2nd- year students at NHSH take a listening test every week. For language learners, being familiar with the sound should come first.

呂武志表示，英聽測驗已經研議很多年，大考中心正與大學招生委員會聯合會配合積極規畫，也完成研究案，提交招聯會10月28日開會討論，接著招聯會會舉辦多場公聽會，聽取各界意見；若各界有共識，才能進行，確定要考以後，高中教學也要有配套措施。

My comments: Whether listening will be included in the entrance exam or not, students should be exposed to a lot of English "sound." In my experience, those who are good at listening and speaking skills learn English better and faster. Sound is the essence of language.

另外，今年首度上路的高中99課綱，英文、數學和理三科分A、B版，高二物理分量加重。外界擔心學測自然科對社會組考生很不利，大考中心研究員吳國良表示，學測是依據課綱規定來命題，而且大學各系都有設定學科的倍率，社會組考生不會吃虧。

至於99課綱英文科的考試範圍，大考中心表示，英文科學測考A版，考高中常用的4500個單字，和95暫綱一樣，選文文長150至250字；指考英文考B版，考7000個單字，選文文長200至300字。
