Pep Talk from 2010 Graduates

 

Yesterday afternoon, after the mock exam, all the senior classes had several special visitors. Graduated in the summer and now freshmen-to-be, they were invited to give a pep talk to the third-year students.

The visitors to my class were 蔡東霖、孫明立、蔡東毅、李則言、林煒婷、張嘉真and曾亭瑜。

The following are some important points given by them:

1. Study hard.

2. Stay happy.

3. Do not get too anxious because your life goes on after the UEE.

4. Do not give up. Even if you get only a 5 in math on the mock exam, you can still get a 50 or above on the UEE.

5. Do not be afraid of the UEE. In fact, it might be a better chance to go to your ideal school.

6. When it comes to writing, practice counts a lot.

7. In preparing for the UEE, make sure you have enough vocabulary.
