This evening I watched an interview with Ms. Lang Hung (洪蘭女士). She talked about education. One sentence I was most deeply impressed is "Do not spare your effort. Do more (不要愛惜勞力; 多做ㄧ點)"
Other important points are:
1. Character is everything.
2. Grades are not everything.
3. Children are the most important investment parents should make.
4. Practice what you preach. When the father reads, the child will open a book too.
I seldom watch TV. However, tonight I found a good program "101高峰會." Every parent, teacher, and even child can benefit from it.
