This morning, four of my former 303 students, who are juniors in college, came to Class 314. They are Wei-chen (王偉宸), Wei-yi (李威毅), Chao-lung (陳昭龍), and Xuan-an (賴旋安). Three years ago, they all did very well on the UEE and entered their ideal universities, namely, NTU and NTNU. They proved that efforts and perseverance finally paid off.

In this encounter, they offered Class 314 some tips on preparation for the UEE. The following are some of them.

1. Follow the teachers' schedule before graduation.

2. Jot down in notebooks the corrected versions of the mistakes made on tests so that you can review them and avoid making the same mistakes.

3. Have confidence.

4. Do not give up any subjects.

5. Simulate the test day experience.

6. On the UEE days, do not discuss the answers with others.

7. As for Chinese and English, when getting the test paper, take a look at the writing tasks before starting to answer the multiple choice questions.

Class 314 learned more than what's mentioned above.  They were so interested in the four students' talk that almost every one of them stayed in the classroom even after the recess bell rang.

Thank you, Wei-chen, Wei-yi, Chao-lung, and Xuan-an.
