Happy Gatherings with Former Students

Today I had two gatherings with former students, Hao-tang (楊皓棠), who graduated from NHSH in 2012, and Pei-yi (陳珮宜), a 2009 graduate.

Since the first day I taught, I've been happy to listen to students talk about their life. When they feel down, I try to cheer them up and lead them to look on the bright side. When they share their happiness, I laugh with them. They know I'm really happy about their happiness. Annie once told me I could be a good counselor.  It's not because I can really solve others' problems, but because I'm willing to lend my ear.

Every student is a book. So far I've enjoyed reading each, knowing the climax is sure to come.
