TED is a website where you can watch/listen to some outstanding thinkers and doers, for example, Jane Goodall and Amy Tan, talk about their lives or interesting issues in 18 minutes, for free. Click the following URL and you can reach it.

This website was introduced to me by Spencer (陳昭龍), a former student who is a junior majoring in English at NTU, when he visited me with Alex (王偉宸) and Wei-yi (李威毅) last Thursday. Like him, you can download some fascinating speeches into your iPod. A good website for Advanced English learners.
