美籍老師上課 學生飆Rap跳嘻哈
南投縣埔里國中與美國喬治亞州國際民俗文化協會合辦英語夏令營，由來自美國的8名英語教師帶領埔里80名同學，以英語對話、戲劇表演方式上課，同學們分組卯足勁表演，展現相當棒的成果。
王靖瑜與黃寶儀兩同學高興地說，能跟來自美國的英語老師用外語溝通，破除怕說英語的心理障礙，是難得的經驗。黃馨穎也說，5天的夏令營，用英語會話與美國老師對談，克服不敢開口的毛病。
My comments: I invited my friend Konraad to each class I taught for the same reason. In the middle photo below, the class burst into laughter when a student tried hard to communicate with KK, searching for right words in his electronic dictionary. When students really feel the need to use English, they will want to learn.

埔里國中教務主任郭慶隆說，每年暑假都開辦夏令營，今年首度與來自美國喬治亞州國際民俗文化協會執行總監張月娥合辦英語夏令營，8名美國籍老師和80名同學分4組採小班授課方式，用影音、對話與戲劇表演方式上課。
昨晚成果驗收，同學結合歌唱與舞蹈、戲劇成音樂歌舞劇「四季樂趣」，有同學以饒舌歌曲和嘻哈舞蹈呈現。鍾佩容同學說，授課方式很活潑，周邊事物都可做教英語題材，引領大家進入英語會話領域。
My comments: Rap! That's a way I've thought about trying in class but never did. This summer I'll try to learn at least a rap.
張月娥說，今年首度來埔里與山城同學互動，同學真的太棒了。
