On the 2nd mid-term, there is a passage about the Channel Tunnel, or the Chunnel. Reading the last sentence, "No wonder it's considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World," I was curious about the other six. Surely it is easy to find the list online. The following page of the website Famous Wonders gives not only the list but also a picture and a short descriptive passage for each Wonder. Before clicking on the link, guess what the other six wonders are.

Among the seven, I've only seen two in person: the Empire State Building and the Golden Gate Bridge. I decided to go through the Channel Tunnel one day.
Famous Wonders provides other Wonders lists, for example, the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World, which students must have learned in geography class, and the 7 Wonders of the Underwater World. Moreover, there is a list of top 100 Cities around the world. http://famouswonders.com/top-100-cities/ Just a look at the pictures of the cities is a feast for eyes.
Guess what? Taipei is on the list. http://famouswonders.com/taipei/
