A few minutes ago in the living room, I bumped into a flying cockroach, one of the most daunting creatures to me. Then I went to get a swatter. Strangely, holding the swatter, I felt more confident to face the roach.
Standing near where I'd seen the cockroach, with the "security tool" in hand, waiting for the roach to appear again, I reviewed a lesson that I belived was already a cliche: In our life, the better equipped we are, the more fearless we become.
