Trip to Kinmen--Day 2

Today we spent around four hours in Little Kinmen. We hired a taxi to take us around the island. With a local resident as our driver and tour guide, we visited many a tourist attraction, including Bada Tower, Hujingtou War Museum, and Siwei Tunnel.

We returned to the main island around 1pm. After lunch, we took a stroll along a street, where we found local delicacies, including Gungtung Candy, and some other famous local products, such as steel knives and One String of Root.

Then we came to Model Street, where Qiu Liang-gung's Mother Chastity Arch stands. Later we ywent to Qiunglin, the home to the Cai clan. After that we visited Guningtou Area. The second day concluded with Lake Ci.

Most of the streets in Kinmen are lined with trees, green, tranquil and lovely.
