Today in Class 311, right after entering the classroom and greeting the students, I read them a joke. On hearing the last sentence, the students laughed out loud.
Then I challenged them to retell the joke in either English or Chinese. Elcent took the challenge. He retold it in English. After that, I had three students act the joke out, with me the narrator. The students laughed again. How I love to hear laughter!
A joke a day keeps the doctor away, I believe.
