Sunshine on My Shoulder

 

Last Saturday we had make-up classes. The third period was class meeting. Since the day before, we already had a class meeting, there was no point in having another. Lured by the nice weather, I decided to let my homeroom class soak up the sunshine on the playground. Some played basketball, some soccer, some volleyball, and some just chatted. The scenes reminded me of John Denver's song "Sunshine on My Shoulder." What I wanted to say then was clearly stated by the two lines in the song:

"If I had a wish I could wish for you,

I'd make a wish for sunshine all the while."
