9 "Brain Foods"

Want to boost your brainpower? An article in the April issue of Common Health Magazine (康健) lists 9 "brain foods" as follows:

Bananas

Wholegrains

Eggs

Oats

Deep-sea fish, e.g. salmon, tuna, mackerel (鯖魚), sardine, cod (鱈魚), etc.

Nuts

Strawberries, Blueberries, Cranberries (蔓越莓)

Milk

Pumpkins, Pumpkin seeds
