Things That Adults Can Learn from Children--a composition by a student

The following is a composition by my student in Class 306:

Things That Adults Can Learn from Children

Even though children are young, the truth is that there are lots of things that adults can learn from them. For one thing, unlike adults, children never feel too shy to show their love to people around. Children say, "I love you" whenever they feel love for someone. Such simple words can easily touch people's hearts. However, adults often think it a shame to say these sweet words because they are not kids anymore. But, it isn't a matter of age. Everyone of any age should show their love to people they love if they don't want to regret later.

Another thing children can teach adults is their not being afraid of trying. Children are often willing to try something new. In contrast, adults usually think and worry too much about what they are not used to and thus miss many valuable opportunities.

Daring to show their love and willing to try new things, children seem to enjoy their life more. If adults can learn these things from children, their life will be absolutely different. (174 words)
